'A NEW BEGINNING' EXHIBITION
October 7, 2021
Hammond Galleries inaugural exhibition featuring Ranjit's collections, began with a special preview event on Oct 7th. Guests were entertained with fantastic artwork, a chance to meet the artists as well as live music and drinks.
The exhibition is open to the public from 8th - 29th October at Lighthouse, Fryer Street, Wolverhampton, WV1 1HT.

SKETCH FOR SURVIVAL 2021: 'HIGHLY COMMENDED'

'Pastures New' was selected as a 'Highly Commended' piece in this years Explorers Against Extinction 'sketch For Survival' Competition.
The piece will be displayed for sale in aid of EAE's projects in both their pop-up and online stores, including gallery@oxo

CHAT AND SPIN RADIO: AN INTERVIEW WITH RANJ SAGOO FINE ART

Ranjit had his first radio interview on Chat and Spin Radio, a UK based internet radio station. He spoke about launching his career in art, his work and his inspirations. Ranjit will be appearing in the station again on 20th September.

'Stalker' of the 'Predator/Prey' series has been selected as a semi-finalist entry at the 'In The Wild' art competition by The Artist Lounge UK.
The standard and quality of entries was outstanding with applicants from 28 different countries.

Coming soon, a new 6-piece series of original works entitled the 'Predator/Prey' series.
This series will feature large scale hyperrealistic eyes of some of the fiercest predators with the reflection of their prey.
This series will be one of the most challenging to date creating large-scale realism that will make the viewer feel the power of the predator and the vulnerability of the unsuspecting prey.

Fascinated by big cats, this first collection of pieces of was to celebrate the majesty of such amazing animals. The black and white pastel was used intentionally to create strong contrast and illustrate the boldness and beauty of these magnificent animals.
